Hartley’s Metal Shop LLC

By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing any products or parts from Hartley’s Metal Shop LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “customer,” “client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full.

**1. Scope of Services** 

We provide custom work for C10 trucks, including:

- Frame shortening and fabrication 

- Disc brake upgrades 

- Suspension modifications 

- Welding and cutting 

- Other hot rod services 

All work is custom and may not match OEM specifications.

**2. Acknowledgement of Risk** 

Hot rod and performance modifications involve inherent risks. You accept all risks related to:

- Safety and roadworthiness 

- Loss of manufacturer warranty 

- Performance or handling changes 

- Legal or inspection issues

**3. Waiver of Liability** 

You release Hartley’s Metal Shop LLC, its owners, and employees from liability for:

- Damage, injury, or failure caused by our work or parts 

- Accidents or performance issues 

- Insurance or legal disputes 

All services and products are used at your own risk.

**4. Customer-Supplied Parts** 

If you bring your own parts:

- We are not responsible for fit or function 

- Failures caused by those parts are your responsibility 

- Labor charges still apply

**5. Estimates & Payment Policy** 

- All estimates are subject to change 

- A non-refundable deposit of [Insert %] is required 

- Full payment is due at completion 

- Work will not be released without full payment

**6. Prices Subject to Change** 

Prices for parts and labor may change at any time due to material costs or market changes.

**7. Storage Fees & Abandonment** 

- Vehicles left over 7 days after completion incur a $25/day fee 

- Vehicles not picked up after 30 days may be sold or disposed of to recover costs

**8. No Warranty** 

All parts and labor are provided “as-is” with no express or implied warranties unless stated otherwise in writing.

**9. Vehicle Use Disclaimer** 

Modified vehicles may not be safe or suitable for daily use and may require more frequent maintenance.

**10. Legal Compliance** 

You are responsible for making sure your vehicle complies with local, state, and federal laws.

**11. Insurance Responsibility** 

You are responsible for insurance coverage while your vehicle is in our possession. We are not liable for fire, theft, vandalism, or natural disaster.

**12. Force Majeure** 

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, including weather, parts delays, power outages, or acts of God.

**13. Photo & Video Release** 

Unless requested otherwise in writing, you allow us to take and share photos/videos of your vehicle for marketing.

**14. Right to Refuse Service** 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including unsafe modifications or abusive behavior.

**15. Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes**
