At Hartley’s Metal Shop LLC, all sales are considered final. Due to the custom nature of our services and parts, we generally do NOT allow refunds, returns, or exchanges.

**No Guaranteed Refunds** 

We do NOT offer refunds or returns for:

- Labor or fabrication services 

- Custom or special-order parts 

- Installed or used items 

- Parts provided by the customer 

- Delays caused by incomplete vehicles or customer decisions

**Case-by-Case Exceptions** 

Refunds or returns may be considered ONLY at the sole discretion of the owner, and ONLY if:

- A written request is submitted within 7 days of pickup or delivery 

- The item is unused and in its original condition 

- The item can be resold 

- You provide proof of purchase 

If approved, a restocking fee may apply.

**Shipping Costs** 

If a return is approved:

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping 

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

**Damaged or Defective Items** 

If you believe your item is damaged or defective:

- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt 

- Include photos and a clear description of the issue 

- We’ll review the case and may offer repair or replacement at our discretion
